Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your swap.

Returns

Return unused, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To start a return, email support@ecowhoop.com with your order number.

Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, we'll replace it or refund it in full — including return postage. Please send a photo so we can sort it quickly.

Return postage

For change-of-mind returns, return postage is at the customer's expense and items must be in original, resaleable condition.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
