EcoWhoop Shipping Policy

 

Shipping within Australia: We ship Australia-wide from local warehouses. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 2-7 business days depending on your location (metro areas are usually faster than regional addresses).

 

Order tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

 

Delays: While we work hard to meet the delivery times above, occasional delays can occur with carriers. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days, contact us at nishahuja@gmail.com and we will investigate immediately. If your order is lost in transit, we will send a replacement or provide a full refund.

 

Incorrect address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
