Refund policy
EcoWhoop Return & Refund Policy
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Faulty or damaged items: If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us at nishahuja@gmail.com within a reasonable time of receiving it. We will offer a replacement or full refund (including shipping), as required under Australian Consumer Law. Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
Change of mind: In addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, we accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at your cost, and the refund covers the product price (original shipping is not refunded).
How refunds are processed: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving the returned item or confirming the fault.
